Mainly Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT for business, because they fit with the Microsoft 365 tools most of our clients already use. We will always tell you if something simpler would do the job.
Is it safe to put business information into AI?
It depends on the tool and how it is set up. Free versions can keep what you type. We set up business versions with the right privacy and sharing settings, and help you decide what should never go into AI at all.
Do we need an AI policy?
If your team uses AI, yes. A short policy saying which tools are approved and what information can go into them protects your business and your clients. We can write one with you.
What can AI automate in a business like ours?
