How much do home computer repairs cost?
Home visits are $165, including travel and the first 30 minutes. After that it’s $165 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks, and remote help is $165 an hour. All prices include GST.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Our Geeks come to homes across Camden, Macarthur, Wollondilly, the Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney. Many problems can also be fixed remotely, which is often quicker.
What devices do you help with?
Windows PCs, Macs and laptops, plus printers, Wi-Fi and home networks. We can also help with tablets, phones and email.
Is it worth repairing an old computer?
Often, yes. A slow computer can usually be sped up with a clean-up, more memory or a faster drive for much less than a new one. If it isn’t worth fixing, we’ll tell you honestly and can help you choose and set up a new one.
Can you fix my computer remotely?
If it turns on and connects to the internet, usually yes. We connect securely with your permission, you can watch what we do, and you only pay for the time we spend.
Will I lose my files?
We take care to keep your files safe and can back them up before any major work. If there’s something important on the computer, tell us when you book.
